  • We have a team of physiotherapists that can provide ongoing treatment for any injury you may have sustained

  • Golf specific musculoskeletal screenings are an integral part of a golf improvement exercise program
  • Screenings involve postural analysis, flexibility assessment, strength assessment and motor control assessment
  • Physical improvements gained through a golf specific exercise program can transfer into technical improvements in your swing

  • Every Thursday night from 6.30 - 7.30pm we run golf specific exercise classes
  • If you want to learn some new golf specific exercises or have a physiotherapist supervise you exercise, then come along to the class
  • Classes cost $10 and can be claimed through your private health fund

  • We can provide presentations to small or large groups. For eg. junior golfers, trainee golfers, golf teaching professionals and physiotherapists
  • In the past we have provided presentations for the PGA of Australia, Australian Physiotherapy Association & a number of other golf related organisations
  • We can provide a topic for you or tailor it to suit your needs

  • We can provide you with a gym based strength program specifically focussed on developing strength & power in those 'golf muscles'
  • We can take you through a personalised training program at your own particular gym
  • Our gym based programs utilise; free weights, 'push pull' techniques, plyometrics, core stability work, gym ball exercises and resistive band work
